Customers can be organized and grouped by different level of organization, letting possible to assign the payment responsible account. History of changes is kept for each action done on customer records.
Call record files are automatically received from the switches, processed and inserted in and Oracle DB, rated by considering the rate plans, and prepared for billing. Rate plans support an unlimited number of call origin and destinations, different type of days, range of time within the day and different type of ratings such as special numbers, closed user group, fix charging, step charging, by volume, by type of service, and type of customers.
Rating module works automatically and rate the records as long as they are received in the DB. Suspended records are analyzed and the reason for suspension is provided, while is given the possibility to rate them again as long as the reason is addressed.
Different and flexible type of fix charges can be configured as for the full month charged or prorated.
Payment module handles different type of payments and balance progress.
Different types of free units and discounts can be configured and assigned to the accounts.
Billing module is executed by the end of the month, calculating the billing data which includes traffic charges, fix charges, free units, discounts, taxes, customer payments and balance.
Bill print module makes possible the invoice printing or file creation.
A variety of reports provide extended information to business supporting customer progress, money collection, fraud analyses and business decisions.
