The company configures and manages its SMS centers, resources and rate plans; Partners, their SMS resources and their related tariff plans for both cases, either being a mobile operator or bulk SMS providers.

Mediation module interfaces with the switches, extracts the SMS traffic records, formats and delivers for further processing to the rating module. The module works in auto scheduled mode.

Rating module, uses the output of the mediation module, and based on the Operators resources configured and associated rate plans, rates the records and posts them in the database.

In the end of the month, billing module is run, calculating the billing data per each operator,, considers discounts and taxes as well, and finally generates and posts in the DB the billing data.

Billing and Invoicing data are generated for the Home operator and to the partners, based on OUT/IN traffic, applying the netting.

BillPrint module prints the invoices in printers or files in PDF format.

Different and flexible type of fix charges can be configured as for the full month charged or prorated.

A variety of reports provide extended information to business supporting customer progress, money collection, fraud analyses and business decisions.
