In-Cloud Sh.p.k is a limited liability company (“In-Cloud Sh.p.k”, “we” or “us“) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use  any Service, Apps, Web API, email notifications, and advertisements made available by In-Cloud Sh.p.k (collectively, the “Service“), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

• Sharing for Research purposes - We may share information about users’ fish species catch data, or “user catch data” with geographic coordinates or other location-based  information anonymously to government organizations or non-profit organizations.

• Vendors, service providers and other partners. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If you delete your User Contributions from the Service, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Service users.
